Accessibility

Built for everyone.

How we make this site usable for everyone, what we have tested, and how to reach a person if anything gets in your way.

Last updated September 29, 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use covausa.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard most widely used for websites in the United States.

What we have done

We last reviewed the site on September 29, 2026. That review covered every page on phones and on computers:

  • An automated check of every page against WCAG 2.1 AA, including colour contrast, labels on forms and buttons, image descriptions and page structure
  • A keyboard-only pass: every page can be used without a mouse, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link at the start of each page
  • Motion that respects your device's reduced motion setting

We fix what these reviews find, and we review the site again whenever it changes in a significant way.

Parts provided by others

Two features on this site are provided by a third party: the live chat on the Contact page and the calendar on the Book a Call page. We have corrected the problems we can reach from our side, but we do not control all of their code. If either one gets in your way, every other way to reach us below works just as well.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Email hello@covausa.com or call +1 (877) 326-2682 with the page you were on and what happened. We will reply within 24 hours, help you get what you came for another way in the meantime, and work to fix the problem.
